In 1 Samuel 19; When Saul tried to corner / kill David, throwing spears at him, David hands’ stayed on the harp / lyre.

But yet Saul couldn’t kill him, as if all spears missed against David. David knew when He kept worshipping God, God took over his battle as a shield. Shield that covered David from Saul’s spears.

Wise words said that “Defense is a great offence”.

I don’t know what problems you are going through, but when we worship, God steps down of His throne & fights your battle, God vindicates you from all spears that are flying around. Keep worshipping Him.
