Broken or Disconnected?

How are you today? Hope all is well.

Time flies! The month of March is just around the corner.

Broken/dead or disconnected/misplaced? It depends on which perspective you are on.

During the lockdown in 2020, we stayed home most of the time, and because of that. Our 2 years old son has a clear view of how we tidy up the house.

One of them is how to use the vacuum cleaner. We have a handheld-cordless vacuum cleaner.

Every time, I hold on to it, he will eagerly ask for it too and just clean the floor. One day, he accidentally pressed the wrong button and the vacuum cleaner got misplaced between the power and vacuum head part.

To me it was just being disconnected and will still function - see picture below:

To our son, that thing was dead/broken when it was disconnected. He was at the laundry area and i heard him screamed “dadaaa helpppppp. Nooo noooo dadaaa helpppp.”

I came to him and I thought something worse had happened but actually the vacuum cleaner was just disconnected 😂.

You see - to you whatever your situation is today or problem you are facing or your dream, may look dead/broken to you.

What if God has a different perspective? What if your dream is still gonna happen? What if it was just being disconnected for a while? God heard you cried out to Him! God knows the missing pieces!

God’s gonna help you out! He knows what to do! God said Live! It’s not dead!
